Ceramic Crown treatment at Dr. Ravi's Clinic

A ceramic crown is a tooth-shaped cap that completely covers a damaged tooth to restore its shape, size, strength, and appearance. At our clinic, we use high-grade zirconia, porcelain, and E-max ceramics that mimic the translucency and color of natural enamel.

When Do You Need a Crown?

  • After root canal treatment to protect the weakened tooth
  • To restore a severely worn down or broken tooth
  • To cover a dental implant
  • To hold a dental bridge in place
  • To cover misshapen or severely discolored teeth
  • For cosmetic smile makeovers

Types of Crowns We Offer

Zirconia Crowns: Extremely durable, biocompatible, and ideal for posterior teeth. They resist chipping and wear.

Porcelain-Fused-to-Metal (PFM): Strong metal core with porcelain coating. Good balance of strength and aesthetics.

E-Max (Lithium Disilicate): Premium all-ceramic crowns with exceptional aesthetics for front teeth.

The Crown Procedure

We prepare the tooth, take digital impressions, place a temporary crown, and fabricate your permanent crown in our partner lab. The final crown is cemented in place at your second visit — typically within 5-7 days.
